VINTAGE ART, DECOR & PRINTS: We usually process orders within 2 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your physical order has been shipped.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also track your order using this LINK.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@balikahomes.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
We are currently unable to ship to PO boxes, as our packages are sent as PREMIUM orders and require in-person delivery with a signature.
