Refund policy

At BALIKA HOMES, all of our pieces are either made to order, have a vintage one-of-a-kind character, or are digital downloads. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges — making every order special and final.

Please review all product details and feel free to contact us at info@balikahomes.com before purchasing if you have any questions about an item.

Damages and issues
We take great care in packaging and inspecting all items before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@balikahomes.com with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases of shipping damage or if the wrong item was sent. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel it within 14 days of receipt under the EU cooling-off period. However, this does not apply to made-to-order or vintage items, which are exempt from the regulation.
