We transform your designs into precise, professional technical drawings using SketchUp Pro & LayOut. Whether you provide PDF plans or a basic sketch, we create detailed outputs like floor plans, spatial plans, elevation drawings, and lighting/GPO plans. Ideal for client presentations, contractor communication, or your internal documentation needs.

SOURCING SERVICE
Let us take the sourcing off your plate. We handle furniture, accessories, fixtures, finishes, and lighting selections — and deliver a curated list or clickable shopping boards for easy purchasing. We’re also happy to work within your preferred platforms, e.g MyDoma etc, and can source products from any country or online store.

DESIGN BOARDS
We create tailored design boards in Canva to help you visualize and present your project with clarity. Whether you need mood boards, material palettes, color schemes, or concept boards for kitchens and bathrooms, we curate everything to align with your aesthetic and vision. Already have selections? We can organize them into cohesive, client-ready boards — saving you time while enhancing your design presentation.

Information Exchange
Following our Zoom Consultation, we'll exchange additional project scope information and files to facilitate the process of providing you with rough estimated hours to complete.

Book Hourly Packages
Once we've defined the services & required estimated hours for your project, you can easily book our fixed Hourly Packages, directly in our Shop. From there, we'll promptly kickstart your project.

Delivery of Designs
Upon completion of individual services such as technical drawings, 3D SketchUp Designs, and more, we provide all deliverables branded with your company logo. For your convenience, we also supply the original files, created using Canva and SketchUp.

Finalizing the Project
After delivering our initial designs to you, we proceed with optional revisions or additional services as needed for your project. Communication will primarily take place through e-mail and Zoom, ensuring efficient and clear collaboration.

If you're finding it difficult to juggle on-site responsibilities while trying to piece together your design vision, you're not alone. Many high-end interior designers rely on Virtual Design Assistants because it's the only way to successfully manage multiple projects at once without compromising quality. Our comprehensive design takeover service allows you to offload the entire design process — from space planning to presentation-ready deliverables — so you can focus on client relations, site coordination, and growing your business with confidence.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Turnaround time truly depends on the scope of services you need. For example, 3D designs typically take the most time due to their complexity and level of detail, while mood boards and design boards are usually much quicker to complete. That said, we always strive to deliver as efficiently as possible — and we’re fast. Our workflow has been refined through working with many interior designers, allowing us to provide high-quality results without unnecessary delays.
To help set expectations, here’s a general guide:
3D SketchUp Design
(Initial designs without revisions)
- Kitchen or Laundry Designs: 15 - 20 H
- Living Room Designs: 6 - 10 H
- Bathroom Designs: 6 - 8 H
- WC Designs: 3-4 H
- Bedroom Designs: 4-6 H
- Entryway Designs: 3 H
- Custom Cabinetry: 3 - 6 H
PLEASE NOTE: The times provided are estimates, as we aim to accurately recreate real products within SketchUp. Depending on the number and complexity of items, the required time may vary. These estimates are based on having all furniture and materials already selected. Please ensure that these are ready prior to starting the 3D design. Alternatively, we can assist you with product sourcing before the design process begins.
Technical Drawings & Design Boards
- Floor Plans: e.g. 270㎡ /2.900 sft² House = 2 - 3 H
- Spatial Plans: e.g. 270㎡ /2.900 sft² House = 4 - 8 H
- Elevation Drawings: Fairly quick if the 3D Designs are true to the original size, around 30 min - 1 H per elevation
- Lighting / GPO Plans: We build those on top of existing spatial plans. Usually between 2-4 H depending on the amount of fixtures/GPO´s to be displayed
Sourcing Services:
We don’t provide fixed time estimates for sourcing, as it depends heavily on the type of products you're looking for, where you're located, and the amount of products required. Because of this variability, we recommend setting the expectation with your client that sourcing is billed hourly — whether it’s handled by you or by us on your behalf.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE A PROFESSIONAL FLOOR PLAN?
If your client already has a floorplan from an architect, that's excellent. However, if not, that's perfectly fine too. It suffices if you draw the rooms in a way that allows us to take the necessary dimensions. Key details include the width, length, and height of the walls, as well as dimensions of the windows and the space below them. Additionally, it's crucial to include connections for water, drainage, and electrical sockets/outlets, especially for kitchen designs.
HOW DO WE KEEP TRACK OF EXPENSES
Transparency is important to us. We track all billable hours using a detailed time log so you know exactly how your time is being used. Every Friday, we provide a weekly update that includes the number of hours used, a breakdown of tasks completed, and any relevant notes or upcoming priorities. This keeps you informed and in control throughout the project — no surprises, just clear communication and accountability.
