PLEASE NOTE: These estimates are based on having furniture, materials, and selections prepared prior to starting the 3D modeling process. Technical Drawings & Design Boards

- Spatial Plans (Approx. 270㎡ / 2,900 sq ft Home): 8–10 hrs
- Elevation Drawings: Approx. 30 mins–1 hr per elevation, including dimensions
- Lighting / GPO Plans: Timing varies depending on project complexity and the number of fixtures required
Sourcing Services:
Sourcing timelines vary depending on the type of products required, project location, and overall quantity of selections. Because of this, sourcing services are typically billed hourly based on the scope of work involved.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL FLOOR PLANS?
Professional architectural floor plans are helpful, but not always required. As long as room dimensions, window placements, ceiling heights, and key measurements are provided, we can typically recreate the space accurately in SketchUp.
HOW DO WE KEEP TRACK OF EXPENSES?
We provide transparent weekly updates outlining hours used, completed tasks, and project progress. This ensures clear communication, accountability, and full visibility throughout the design process.
