Rooted in German precision and open-minded creativity, Anna brings thoughtful
design to life through custom 3D designs, SketchUp tutorials, digital tools, DIY’s and vintage finds sourced from markets around the world.
What started as a one-woman studio has grown into a trusted resource for fellow designers, students, homeowners, and DIYers seeking inspiration, clarity, and confidence in their design journey.

Hi, I'm Anna.
My goal is to assist and make your life easier, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency. If you're feeling lost in your current design project, I'm here to illuminate the way. From floor planning to complete 3D designs, I can take over your entire design task. With over 15 years of experience in digital design I´m here to ensure you stay on track and achieve your goals.

HOW IT ALL STARTED
From Passion to Profession.
My journey into Designing began in 2018, where I started as a Media Designer for major furniture stores, crafting immersive virtual rooms using Photoshop. This experience honed my creative eye and technical skills, laying a strong foundation for my career. Later, I moved to Bangkok, Thailand, where I took on the role of Branch Manager for a Media Design Company. In this role, I not only built up the company's site but also taught Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, sharing my expertise with aspiring designers. During this time, I pursued my passion for Interior Design, culminating in earning my diploma.
Fueled by a combination of creative skills and a deep passion for Interior, I founded BALIKA HOMES. What began as a service for individual clients quickly grew through word-of-mouth, leading to collaborations with fellow designers. This evolution inspired me to launch my “Virtual Design Assistance (VDA)” program, offering tailored support to industry professionals.
Recognizing the need for accessible design knowledge, I created ”The Ultimate SketchUp Course”, a comprehensive resource for mastering design visualization. In addition, I developed a range of templates and ressources to empower designers in their creative processes.
Today, I am immersed in designing, teaching, developing design resources, creating DIY projects, and sourcing meaningful art. With every step forward, I’m energized by the endless possibilities and opportunities that lie ahead.
