Rooted in German precision and open-minded creativity, Anna brings thoughtful design to life through custom 3D visualizations, SketchUp tutorials, digital tools, DIY projects, and curated vintage finds sourced from markets around the world.
What started as a one-woman studio has grown into a trusted creative resource for interior designers, homeowners, and DIY enthusiasts seeking inspiration, clarity, and confidence in their design journey.

Hi, I'm Anna.
I help interior designers, homeowners, and creatives bring their ideas to life through Virtual Design Assistance, SketchUp support, 3D visualizations, and interior design resources.
With over 15 years of experience in digital design, my goal is to simplify the design process while helping you create beautiful, functional spaces with confidence. From floor planning and SketchUp modeling to complete 3D interior visualizations, I provide professional design support tailored to your project needs.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck on a layout, or simply need an extra creative hand, I'm here to help make the process easier, clearer, and more enjoyable.

HOW IT ALL STARTED
From Passion to Profession.
My journey into design began in 2018, when I started working as a Media Designer for major furniture stores, creating immersive virtual interiors using Photoshop. This experience helped shape both my creative eye and technical skill set, laying the foundation for my future in Interior Design.
Later, I moved to Bangkok, Thailand, where I became Branch Manager of a Media Design Company. Alongside managing the company’s site, I also taught Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator to aspiring designers while continuing my studies in Interior Design.
Driven by a passion for creative problem-solving and visual storytelling, I founded BALIKA HOMES — a design-led studio focused on Virtual Design Assistance, SketchUp education, 3D visualizations, and interior design resources for creatives and professionals.
As the business evolved, I launched my “Virtual Design Assistance (VDA)” services to support interior designers with professional 3D design workflows and client-ready visual presentations. I later created ”The Ultimate SketchUp Course”, along with digital "templates and ressources" to simplify the creative process for designers and students alike.
Today, I continue to create design resources, teach SketchUp workflows, share DIY projects, and help fellow creatives bring their ideas to life through thoughtful, functional design.
